Case Management Training

Training is a time consuming business and any tool that can reduce or automate training time is invaluable. I have created training programs using Expo Walkthrough which give the user visual, textual and audio assistance. This is particularly helpful when teaching employees how to use our case management system, which most people will never have seen before. Users can learn at their own pace by pausing and rewinding the program via simple controls at the bottom of the screen. This can be delivered via the internal network or the internet. Health and Safety Training

Another time consuming business is health and safety training and processing. From working with large companies I was impressed by their automated computerised induction processes, these save a vast amount of time and effort, so I decided to produce some myself. I found a program Question Tools which enabled me to build programs which would automate the induction process. These programs allow the employee to go through the induction processes unassisted and at a time convenient for employee and employer. At the end of each process the results can be automatically stored in a database or printed out. This can be delivered via the internal network or the internet.
