Crystal Reports
Some of the most complicated and important reports I produce are reports on our Service Level Agreements. These reports ensure that we always stay within the agreed timescales for our transactions, and alert you to where and when possible problems may arise. Some reports are one off's but the vast majority are interactively linked to the database and are run by departmental managers every week or month. I would only every need to change these reports if the database structure had changed or there was a change in the selection requirements.
