Crystal Reports 9 Developer Edition provides rapid report creation and integration. Crystal Reports delivers productivity tools for tightly integrating interactive reports based on virtually any data source into applications. Crystal Reports gives you the ability to identify the most and least productive areas of you business. Crystal can show you which employees are the most productive, your average turnaround times and just about anything else.

Some of the most complicated and important reports I produce are reports on our Service Level Agreements. These reports ensure that we always stay within the agreed timescales for our transactions, and alert you to where and when possible problems may arise.

Some reports are one off's but the vast majority are interactively linked to the database and are run by departmental managers every week or month. I would only every need to change these reports if the database structure had changed or there was a change in the selection requirements.
